Wellbeing support

Our wellbeing and counselling services provide timely, accessible support for young people who need someone to talk to. Whether they’re facing challenges with their mental health, relationships, confidence or life in general, we offer a safe, non-judgemental space to improve wellbeing and feel more confident about what comes next.

Supporting wellbeing at work

We also work with employers to support the wellbeing of their teams through workplace counselling and tailored wellbeing workshops. Every organisation is different, so we shape our support around the needs of your people.

By choosing Inspire, you’re not only investing in your workforce, you’re helping fund life-changing support for children and young people across Suffolk.

Free counselling for young people

Our counselling service is available to young people aged 10-25, offering a safe, non-judgemental space to talk through whatever’s on their mind. Sessions are available in person or online, giving young people the flexibility to access support in a way that works for them.

Getting started is simple. Young people can self-refer online and book an initial assessment at the next available appointment that suits them. In most cases, they’ll begin counselling within around four weeks, although this can vary depending on demand and availability.
