Who are our sessions for?
Our sessions are designed for young people aged 11–19 who are autistic, have ADHD, or are neurodiverse in other ways. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to join – if you feel you belong here, that’s enough! This is a space where everyone’s differences are respected, and where you can feel safe to be yourself.
We understand that some youth spaces can feel overwhelming. That’s why our sessions are smaller, calm, and structured, with a focus on sensory-friendly activities and predictable routines. You’ll be told what will happen and when at the start of our sessions and there’s always a supportive adult around if you need a hand.
You’ll get to take part in creative activities, practical skill-building, and social time with other young people who understand. You can join in at your own pace, and there’s no pressure to do anything you’re not comfortable with.
If you have any questions, please contact us on 0330 055 0033 or at youthwork@inspirecharityuk.org.
How do I join?
To join these sessions, start by getting in touch at youthwork@inspirecharity.org. We’ll have a quick chat to get to know you and understand what support you might need. This isn’t a diagnosis – it just helps us make sure the group is the right fit and that you’ll feel comfortable.
All referrals are then reviewed before a place is confirmed. Spaces are limited to keep sessions calm and supportive. If a group is full, we’ll add you to the waiting list and offer a place in the next 12-week block as soon as one becomes available.
You’ll get to take part in creative activities, practical skill-building, and social time with other young people who understand. You can join in at your own pace, and there’s no pressure to do anything you’re not comfortable with.
