Cancellations, illness and date change policy
We will in all circumstances only refund tickets when a written refund request was sent to holidayclubs@inspiresuffolk.org.uk at least 7 days before the date the child was booked to attend.
If you would like to change the date your child attends, including in case of illness, you will need to inform us at least 24 hours in advance of either the original day or the new date, whichever is earliest. Please note that each ticket can only be amended a maximum of two times, and that amended tickets are not eligible for a refund. Dates may only be moved within the current holiday period or to the following one (e.g., a summer ticket may be moved to another date in the summer, or to October half-term).
-
Electronic device policy
For safeguarding purposes, electronic devices are not allowed to be used during Holiday Clubs.
Any young person using a mobile phone or an electronic device will have it confiscated and returned at the end of the day.
Should a young person refuse to put their device away or allow it to be confiscated, the Head Coach will contact their parent /carer and ask for the young person to be collected.

Are there funded places available this school holiday?
During the Easter, Summer, and Christmas holidays, a limited number of funded places are available through participating schools for children who receive benefits-related free school meals (i.e. Pupil Premium). Please ask your child’s school about whether they are participating in the scheme.
We are unfortunately unable to offer funded places during half-term Holiday Clubs.
-
Are your courses inclusive?
We are committed to ensuring our Holiday Clubs are as inclusive as possible, while prioritising the safety of your child and our staff.
Our experienced sports coaches create a safe and fun environment for children to learn, socialise, develop and have fun every day at our holiday clubs. We take each child’s development needs into consideration when planning activities.
If your child has any medical, physical and /or learning disabilities and you are thinking of booking them onto our clubs, please contact one of our Sport Development Officers for more information on how we can support your child.
When booking clubs, please provide as much information as possible about the support needs of your child.
