Patrick: Food and Everyday Essentials
Sometimes life gets expensive. Whether it’s an unexpected bill, a change in circumstances or just finding it hard to make ends meet, Patrick is here to help.

Patrick is our discreet way of helping young people aged 16-24 access food and everyday essentials when they need them.
If you’re worried about money, housing, employment, your wellbeing or anything else, we’ll help you find the right support. That might be through one of Inspire’s own services or by connecting you with trusted local and national organisations that can help with your situation.
Why is it called Patrick?
Patrick was named by young people themselves.
Instead of having to ask for a food bank or explain their situation, they can simply ask to “meet Patrick”. Our team will know exactly what they mean and quietly help them access the support they need.
It’s a simple idea, but one that’s designed to make asking for help feel more comfortable.
From food and toiletries to clothing and household essentials, Patrick is here to help make life a little easier when money is tight. If we can help with something, we will. If we can’t, we’ll do our best to point you towards someone who can.
