This week, we’ve been supporting National Apprenticeship Week.
This is the 10th National Apprenticeship Week (NAW 2017) aims to bring together employers and apprentices to celebrate the success of apprenticeships and encourage even more people to choose apprenticeships as a fast-track to a great career.
At Inspire, we offer Sports Coaching Apprenticeships with an intake of students every year. They are available for 16-18 year olds who are interested in developing a career in Sports Coaching whilst gaining practical experience in the coaching industry.
Practical elements of any sports apprenticeship at Inspire include working alongside our experienced team of Sports Development Coaches. Our coaches deliver high quality PE provision across Suffolk Primary Schools and apprentices will work with a coaching mentor to develop their teaching style and approach. We are currently recruiting for our next intake of Sports Apprentices. Find out more here.
Here’s one of our Apprenticeship Success Stories, Alex. Alex is now employed at Inspire as a Sports Development Coach following completing his apprenticeship in Sports Coaching.
“I really enjoyed my apprenticeship with Inspire. It allowed me to get my qualifications and learn new skills in coaching. It’s a great opportunity to get in to a career in sports, as I now have the experience to do my job as a Sports Coach at Inspire.”
