At Inspire, we deliver the NCS programme to 15-17 year olds from Suffolk and we need your help! We are looking for Team Leaders to support the delivery of our Summer programmes and to help our participants have the Summer of a lifetime.
Job Overview and Main Responsibilities:
The National Citizen Service (NCS) is a government backed initiative for young people to build skills for work and life and improve confidence by getting involved with exciting challenges and adventures.
The role of Team Leader is to support the delivery of the programme and to lead a team of twelve young people aged 15-17 for the duration of the 4-week programme.
You will be responsible for leading, inspiring and developing your team with an enthusiastic attitude and desirably have relevant experience of working with young people.
