The data that you provide ensures we have the information we need to keep everyone safe, helps us evaluate our services or is information we need for safeguarding purposes. Our drop-in and outreach sessions use the same code of conduct, we have included this below, and ask that you read this with your child to ensure they understand these expectations.

Our values and code of conduct

We value everyone.

• We treat everyone with respect
• We use appropriate language
• We respect everyone’s personal boundaries
• We stand against physical or sexual violence and any action that could reasonably make others feel uncomfortable, so we can all feel safe and welcome.

We value our shared spaces.

• We look after our buildings and spaces, so they continue to be available for everyone
• We ensure everyone has an opportunity to use equipment and resources
• We use our designated spaces for their intended purposes, for example keeping quiet spaces quiet

We value our wellbeing.

• We do not smoke on site (e-cigarettes and vapes are treated the same as regular cigarettes)
• We do not attend after using alcohol or other recreational substances.
• If something is not ok, we tell someone about it
• We can bring our own food if we need it, but we are responsible for its preparation.
• We do not bring or eat nut containing products on the premises.

Some of our sessions are intended as a space that young people (in school years 7 to 11) can access independently, arriving and leaving as they wish during the session times. The updated consent form now includes a section to enable you to give your consent for this. If you would prefer your child to stay at the session until they are collected, please indicate this in the appropriate place on the form.
