Youth Employment Coach (part-time)

Inspire has a vacancy for a passionate and motivated Youth Employment Coach to support young people aged 16–24 who are not currently in education, employment or training. As a Youth Employment Coach you will provide 1:1 guidance, deliver employability workshops, build strong relationships with local partners, and help young people take meaningful steps towards work, education, or training.
This part‑time role (22.5 hours per week, including Wednesdays) involves engaging young people across rural areas, matching them to opportunities, and managing a varied caseload. You will bring experience in IAG, youth work, outreach or recruitment, alongside strong communication, organisational and data‑entry skills. A full UK driving licence and enhanced DBS are essential. The patch you will cover is Mid Suffolk and Babergh.
