As a Sessional Youth Worker with Inspire you will play a vital role in delivering engaging youth and community sessions across Ipswich and Babergh. You will support young people’s personal and social development, empower them to make positive choices, and ensure their voices shape our activities. Working flexibly as part of a small, dedicated team, you will promote inclusion, safety, and respect, collaborate with colleagues and local partners, and maintain high standards of safeguarding and record-keeping to help young people achieve their potential.
