Our youth workers regularly head out into parks and neighbourhoods around Lowestoft to meet young people where they already spend their time.
There’s no formal session to sign up for and no pressure to join in. You can come over, say hello, get involved in an activity or just see what’s going on.
Our team might bring games, sports or something else to do. Sometimes they’ll bring snacks too – from hot Pot Noodles during the colder months to ice pops when it’s warm. So yes, they’re well worth finding!
How will I recognise the team?
Our youth workers wear Inspire-branded uniform, so they should be easy to spot. They’ll introduce themselves and explain what they’re doing when they arrive.
They’re friendly, approachable and there to get to know young people in the local community – not to judge or tell anyone off.
