Cancellations, illness and date change policy
We will in all circumstances only refund tickets when a written refund request was sent to holidayclubs@inspirecharityuk.org at least 7 days before the date the child was booked to attend.
If you would like to change the date your child attends, including in case of illness, you will need to inform us at least 24 hours in advance of either the original day or the new date, whichever is earliest. Please note that each ticket can only be amended a maximum of two times, and that amended tickets are not eligible for a refund. Dates may only be moved within the current holiday period or to the following one (e.g., a summer ticket may be moved to another date in the summer, or to October half-term).

Electronic device policy
For safeguarding purposes, electronic devices are not allowed to be used during Holiday Clubs.
Any young person using a mobile phone or an electronic device will have it confiscated and returned at the end of the day.
Should a young person refuse to put their device away or allow it to be confiscated, the Head Coach will contact their parent /carer and ask for the young person to be collected.

What if my child is nervous about coming?
That’s completely normal. Our staff are experienced in helping children settle in, whether it’s their first holiday club or their tenth. We’ll help them get involved at their own pace and make sure they feel included.
-
Are Inspire Holiday Clubs safe?
Yes. Our experienced team are trained to work with children and young people, and activities are delivered in a safe, supportive environment. We carry out appropriate risk assessments and ask parents for any important medical or dietary information during booking.
-
Are your clubs inclusive?
We are committed to ensuring our Holiday Clubs are as inclusive as possible!
Our experienced sports coaches create a safe and fun environment for children to learn, socialise, develop and have fun every day at our holiday clubs. We take each child’s development needs into consideration when planning activities, as well as prioritising the safety of your child and our staff.
If your child has any medical, physical and /or learning disabilities and you are thinking of booking them onto our clubs, please contact our team for more information on how we can support your child.
When booking clubs, please provide as much information as possible about the support needs of your child.

Don’t take our word for it, what do the parents think?
“My child thoroughly enjoys the skills, games under friendly, encouraging and professional guidance of the coaches. We will continue to support this excellent charity, keep doing what you are doing, it is great!!!!!!”
“As a parent, I think the courses are brilliant, affordable and well worth going to.”
“My son has attended two Inspire holiday programmes and each time he has thoroughly enjoyed himself and been well looked after. Thank you!”

How do I book a HAF-funded holiday club place?
You do not need a HAF code to book an Inspire Holiday Club place. If you think your child is eligible, choose the HAF ticket option on the booking page for your nearest location. Your booking will then be against council eligibility records and you’ll receive confirmation of your child’s place once it has been verified.
-
How will drop off and pick up times work?
Please arrive by 9:00am to drop your child off so everyone can get the most from the day. Collection times are shown on your booking confirmation. If you are more than 15 minutes late collecting your child, an additional charge of £4 per child, per hour (or part of an hour) will apply.
When you drop your child off, you’ll be given a collection card with our Head Coach’s contact details and a unique collection number. Please bring this card with you when you collect your child. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they’ll need to provide the unique collection number so we can safely release your child.
We understand that children may occasionally need to arrive late or leave early for an appointment or another commitment. If this is the case, please let our team know in advance so we can plan for their arrival or collection.
-
What does my child need to bring?
We recommend sending your child with a healthy mid-morning snack, refillable water bottle, comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for a day of activities.
If you’ve booked a paid Holiday Club, please also provide a packed lunch. Children attending through a HAF-funded place will receive lunch as part of the programme.
Some sessions may require specific items, such as football boots, shin pads or clothing suitable for particular activities. If anything extra is needed, it’ll always be listed on the booking page, so please check your chosen session before attending.
