What is Team programme?
The Prince’s Trust Team programme is for young people aged 16-25 who aren’t currently in education, employment or training. If you’re not sure what your next steps are then Team programme could be the perfect course for you!
Team programme allows you to break away from your current situation and boost your confidence and skills. Over the 12-week programme, you’ll go away on an action-packed residential, complete a community project, as well as taking on working experience and building skills for work and life! All these elements put together gains you a qualification at the end of the programme to boost your employability.
Why should I do it?
Over 75% of our young people who complete our Prince’s Trust Team programme take a positive next step into either employment or education. You’ll gain confidence, build skills and gain a qualification! Most importantly the programme is completely free and doesn’t affect any benefits.

Step Up Construction starting 21st January 2019
What is Step Up?
Our Step Up into Construction course aims to provide an opportunity to gain industry-related skills and work experience supporting your first steps into employment in construction in just two weeks! You will work towards the foundations for gaining your CSCS Card including your Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment qualification. Your CSCS card will be provided to you on successful completion of coursework and test.
Why should I do it?
If you are interested in a career in construction, our Step Up programme is perfect for you to gain the industry related experience and work experience you need for your first steps into employment. The course is free to access, and you will also gain some beneficial experience including visits to real construction sites. Travel costs will also be reimbursed to you.

Fast Forward starting 11th February 2019
What is Fast Forward?
Our 3-week programme Fast Forward helps you tackle issues that you are facing and provide you with the skills you need to gain employment. This programme will support you with applying for jobs and opportunities, as well as developing teamwork skills and boosting your confidence in applying for and keeping meaningful employment.
We will work on employability and interview skills, improving your CV and completing applications, and job searching and understanding the local job market.
Why should I do it?
This course is great for you if you need support to move onto your next step. Our main focus is to help you identify and find employment, education or training over these three weeks to help you develop your confidence and to support your next step.
