Sessional Youth Workers

Key objectives of the role

Create a safe and innovative ways to engage and reach young people, which are responsive to the needs of young people
Develop voluntary and trusting purposeful relationships to facilitate non-formal and informal education
To proactively achieve programme KPIs and contractual targets
To take personal responsibility for the understanding and application of the Inspire value and the Youth work code of ethics

Working at part of a small frontline team, you will deliver quality youth work, which engages young people.

We are recruiting for Sessional Youth Workers’ at our Inspire Youth Centre in Hadleigh and our Ipswich site on Lindbergh Road.

Salary range: £22,339 – £24,659 per annum (pro-rata)

Our Youth Workers collaborate closely to create exciting and educational experiences for the young people we work with.
