Inspire is recruiting for a Senior Youth & Community Practitioner to help shape the future of youth work across Ipswich, Hadleigh, Babergh, and beyond. If you’re committed to high-quality, inclusive youth services and thrive in a values-led environment, and have at least eighteen months experience of youth work, we want to hear from you!

You will work as part of a frontline team to deliver quality youth and community work, which engages young people, through informal learning opportunities that provide support, direction and empower participants to achieve their potential. The role delivers high quality youth and community work across schools and local settings, including open-access sessions, 1-to-1 support, group work in schools, detached work and holiday programmes.

The postholders will be required to work some evenings and, when necessary, weekends.
