Personal Development Lead
At Inspire, we believe every young person deserves the chance to thrive. To support this mission, we are excited to be recruiting for a Personal Development Lead. A vital new role that will shape, strengthen and champion the personal development opportunities we deliver across Suffolk. As our Personal Development Lead, you will play a key part in designing, coordinating, and continuously improving programmes that support young people to build confidence, develop essential life skills, and move positively into their futures.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and confident in leading teams; skilled in programme coordination and committed to maintaining high standards; able to manage risk and adapt quickly in a changing environment; passionate about supporting young people and empowering them to succeed; experienced in embedding safeguarding and quality assurance practices; comfortable using data, insights, and feedback to drive improvement and a strong communicator who can collaborate across teams and engage partners.
The successful candidate must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.
